Michael Brittain serves as Customer Relations, Programs and Policy Development, Training & Safety Manager for the company. Michael reviews, applies and maintains appropriate company certifications and training on all facets of safety and certifications required by Customer of contractor and subcontractor. Michael also trains and certifies internal employees and customers, as needed, for splicing, terminating, installation, testing, as well as troubleshooting and Emergency Response standards and procedures. Michael develops and administers all internal QAQC controls to ensure the execution of all work by and associated with the Customer is performed at the highest level of quality, safety and professionalism in accordance with the latest technology, human resources and safety criteria and specifications.

Lead Instructor – The Institute of Robotics, Houston, TX. Functioned as Lead Instructor for Fiber Optics Certification administered through the Electronic Technicians Association (ETA).
Director of Telecom Services – Cougar Communication, West Ridge, CO. Development and growth of department for all related telecommunications related services, Responsible for Fiber Optic Splicing and Troubleshooting. Developed project proposals, along with cost estimates, resourced projects, and monitored multiple on-going projects. Responsible for management of fiber optic management systems, cable TV and activation of high-speed data systems and telephony over HFC/FOTS fiber splicing, long haul WANs and local MANs.

Company Role
As company Vice President and Operations Manager Bart works directly with the customer, management and employees as well as the construction subcontractors ensuring a complete understanding of the project and maintains progression reports of each network installation throughout deployment. This includes verification that the projects follow industry standards and customer specifications. After installation of network, Bart ensures that a QAQC process has been completed in order to verify quality compliance through the documentation and testing of all infrastructures installed. Bart also oversees the Project Managers ensuring all Safety Guide lines dictated by OSHA, the customer and our own internal Safety Program are followed by Selrico workforce and subcontractors. Through the duration of a project and/or customer relation Bart works with the primary point of contact continually reviewing in any other areas of potential improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.
